Dutchie

Dutchie was my first experience with tiny living and my family's very first home. We paid cash for him and upgraded the interior with new furniture, paint, trim work, and a few repairs along the way. Everything works as intended and is ready to boondock or be placed on a property somewhere for full time living. It truly is comfortable and will not feel like a camper. The bedroom has a full size Serta (not a flimsy camper mattress) mattress, a full size couch and chair with storage built in, television, radio, wiring for internet and cable, a full bathroom with tub/shower, 3 wardrobe closets and a TON of additional storage space in cabinets, drawers and basement storage underneath. He even comes with a shoe/toilet paper holder on the bathroom door. You can store a TON of toilet tissue or a bunch of shoes ;-) Dutchie has floor ducted heat and ceiling ducted air conditioning. Kitchen amenities include a 3-way refrigerator, microwave oven, vent/hood, 3 burner propane stove and oven and a 6 gallon water heater tucked away in the cabinet. 6 gallons may not sound like much, but we were able to frequently bathe 3 people with 6 gallons of water as long as you didn't run the water while lathering. Dutchie is very clean and well cared for. He has 2 new 30lb propane tanks, dishes, new linens (I left the tags on them) and is ready to become your home. I really hate to send him on his way, but we have moved on to a different living experiment and this needs to be sold. I hope that I can find someone that will appreciate this as much as we have. I truly want to find someone to love and care for him instead of just sitting and not being used. If interested, let me know. I appreciate the e-mails and views thus far.

Dutchie is a 1998 Dutchman Classic 30 ft 5th wheel travel trailer. There are no leaks, but the annual re-seal of the roof will need to be done before the end of the year. A gallon of sealant is included w/ the purchase. He also has an awning that is in good condition. The dining table and couch are on a super slide that is approximately 13.5 ft x 3.5 ft. No property is included with the sale of Dutchie. You are purchasing the RV only. Clear GA title in hand. I cannot tow/deliver Dutchie. Please have a vehicle and 5th wheel hitch to take him home.
