20' modified shipping container on a heavy duty steel trailer

20' Modified Shipping Container on a heavy duty all steel trailer. Would make a perfect tiny home! We previously used it for a produce stand and an indoor farm, but we've moved on and we are now selling it. It's extremely sturdy and built to last.

-Equipped with 18,000 btu Mini-Split AC

-Very little rust has been kept painted with a heat blocking ceramic paint.
