Comes with a $1200 Composting toilet if you want to go off-grid. The property it is on now has septic, water and electric so it is all plumbed and wired for that. The electric works just like an RV with a 50 amp RV hookup. Can be ran off generator depending on generator type.

We lived in it for a bit during the pandemic and enjoyed living in the country. Then we posted it on Airbnb and it has been paying for itself ever since!!
