Pine interior, spacious tiny home

Custom built in November 2014, this tiny house is in excellent condition and is insulated for Northeast winters.

The cabin is built on a trailer and equipped with a 40 gallon black water holding tank underneath. The whole thing is simply “plug and play,” ready to live in right away without having to do anything except park and level it! As far as the black water disposal: Depending on your situation, simply hook the hose into a septic tank OR get a portable holding tank on wheels (RV places sell them) and periodically just wheel your waste wherever you need to dispose of it.

The size is 12′ wide by 26′ long (6′ of this is the porch).Fully insulated for year-round use.

It also has a built-in air conditioner for the summer. Excellent quality windows, with screens and blinds, too. 19 gallon hot water tank, and built-in fridge and freezer.

There is a bunk room in the back (on the left side).  The couch/futon turns into a double bed.  Other features include:

* Maintenance-free hardi-board siding, and metal roof. Even the porch deck and railings is made of the new type of plastic composite for many years of use.
* Full bathroom with shower and tub! The toilet is a RV type that feels more like a regular toilet, but flushes and uses very minimal water.
* Beautiful tongue & groove pine interior.
* Hot water tank, air conditioning, and efficient electric heat. 3 thermostats – one for the bathroom, one for the bunk room, and one for the main living area.
* You will find quality features throughout this cabin.  Includes a ceiling fan/light, recessed lighting, thick wood blinds in windows. There are even USB charging hubs in the walls for your electronic devices.
