Early this year, I had the great fortune of winning a BEAUTIFUL tiny house built of 99% salvaged materials from Tiny Texas Houses.

I got to live here for 6months before fully understanding the tax implications of winning such a generous prize. To make a long story short, I will have to sell the house in order to afford the taxes. Though it makes me sad, I am happy that someone else will have a chance at calling this beautiful dream loft HOME!

The footprint is 120ft and the loft is between 80 and 100 usable square feet. It has a small bathroom with a tiny vintage dental sink and the shower is lined with old galvanized roofing shingles and has a river-rock floor.

This house is on a pier and beam system and built extremely well to withstand all kinds of elements! You can move the house with a moving company that I can contact for you but this cost is not included. I imagine that anywhere within about 200 miles from Luling would be around about $3,000 but I am no expert. Note that there are serious restrictions in the city limits that can prevent you from putting this house in the city as your primary residence. Many people use these tiny houses as guest houses or vacation homes. For someone who longs to simplify simplify simplify, you can live here comfortably with one or 2 people.
