Dream Portable Tiny Home 12x20 Perfect

This 3 year old 12x20 portable Tiny Home (no trailer but easily moved) has been used as an office and guest sleeping. It is the perfect 12x20 size for adding a small bathroom and kitchen while still having ample space for sleeping and living. Built sturdy with timber skids for easy moving this little cabin has bottom floor insulation and R13 wall and ceiling insulation with thick Sheetrock to keep warm - we heat it easily with an electric heater but a small wood stove would cook it. Big double pane storm windows bring in lots of natural light and one wall with no windows could easily have another door put in for a walkout greenhouse addition.. Awning over front door easily removed for moving and local expert transport company available. The bed in the pictures is a queen size so you can see the spaciousness - it folds into a little couch which is ideal for tiny homes. High quality metal roofing and real roof trusses (not cheap ones) make this structure built to last!
