Dragonfly

This is a great Tiny House. We made a few modifications to the house so that it is off grid ready, as we needed it, and then went with a different house ultimately. So this house has never been lived in and only slept in a few times to test out the off grid systems. The unit weighs less than 10k lbs, and can be easily pulled with a mid sized pickup.

It has propane heat, cook top, water heater, and refrigerator. Dragonfly also has an Electric AC/Heat unit. It also has an inverter installed with an external power supply quick connect to use any size expandable battery bank of your choice. Solar panels can be installed for an additional cost.

The house comes completely furnished, if you'd like.

We have tested all the functions of Dragon fly and everything works well, no surprises. We've done a lot a research and development on how to live comfortably off grid.
