Finally a tiny home on wheels that is designed for functionality, comfort, efficiency, and living a modern life.
We began with a basic model from Tiny IdaHomes and redesigned/renovated the entire thing to be more functional for cooking, sleeping, and day-to-day life. We lowered each sleeping loft 4" to give more headroom, moved the bathroom to the back, removed the former porch to give more interior space, created a galley kitchen, and so much more.
We have lived in this for over 4 years (3 of those with our teenage daughter) and made modifications along the way to keep improving functionality. We love this home and wish we could stay in it, but a career change is forcing a housing change.

The tiny house weighs about 10,000 lb. The trailer can hold 16,000 lbs. That leaves you about 6,000 lbs. for your possessions.

It was given a fresh coat of interior and exterior paint in June 2024. Currently it is bolted to the ground, with the wheels removed, skirting on, and the outside Mini-split Heat pump sitting next to it. Before you arrive to take it away, we will put the wheels back on, unbolt it from the ground, remove the skirting (which you keep), reinstall the stabilizing jacks, and remount the outside mini-split to its original location, next to the front door.
