Yes it is still available. The trailer is 24x8 foot, stainless steel trailer purchased from truck trailer and hitch company in Kansas City, Missouri. It’s been entirely coated with an anti rust treatment spray. I still have the title. It has 4 leveling jacks and then 1 main jack up front. 7500 lb axles which breaks on each one, 2 total axles. The trailer itself weighs 2,850 lbs. the trailer will support 14,850 pounds total and right now it’s 7,000 lbs or less including the structure and trailer. They are just standard wheel wells. They’re the size of a standard trailer built for a tiny home. It has a galvanized steel belly pan that has been completely sealed and weatherproofed. There’s no insulation that has been installed yet other than a standard house wrap underneath the siding. I have a lot of materials bought for this tiny house, with my floor plans, such as insulation, windows, sink& cabinet, extra boards, etc. The entire structure is built with complete compliance to building codes. The apex of the structure is 12’8’. The front wall is 8’ and the back wall is 9’. The company who built the trailer designed it specifically to meet the specifications of supporting a tiny home structure.
