Decadent Dual-Loft Craftsman Tiny House on Wheels

This custom craftsman tiny house was built in 2016 and is in like-new condition. It sits on an Iron Eagle 24-foot trailer with tandem 7,000 lb. rated axles (14,000 lbs. total). Two spacious dormer lofts cantilever out an additional three feet on either end of the house, and a box window on the kitchen end of the home adds some extra counter space and tasteful architectural flair. The exterior facade consists of durable faux-cedar shake shingle and wooden accents, and the home features a beautiful custom knotty-alder craftsman-style door with a walnut stain. It was featured in Season 3, Episode 18 of Tiny House Nation (“200 Sq. Ft. Family-Friendly House”).

The interior feels incredibly spacious for a tiny house, thanks to a tall gabled ceiling in the center of the home and the light let in through 20 (!) double-pane windows. The house is well insulated with R-24 walls made of structurally-insulated panels (SIPs) and bat insulation in the floor and ceiling. Electric radiant heating elements in the ground floor and the propane-fired oven provide heat in the winter while two small air conditioning units in the lofts easily keep the house cool even in 100-degree heat. Endless hot water is provided by an EcoTemp on-demand propane-fired water heater.

The interior has numerous upgrades and premium design elements including a porcelain kitchen farm sink, stainless steel appliances (refrigerator/freezer, propane-fired oven/range, and dishwasher all included), quartz counter tops, mechanized solid-oak ladder access to the master loft, a butcher-block folding table/desk, an LG washer/dryer combo (included), a custom butcher-block and oak built in stairs/bookcase/storage piece, a tiled shower with a Moen detachable magnetic shower head, a Separett composting toilet (the house is also plumbed for traditional toilet if desired), a small sink and work station in the smaller loft, and so on.
