This comes fully furnished and complete with a fridge, kitchen sink, full toilet, bathroom sink, full shower, window A/C unit, hot water heater, and a built-in wall heater. Queen size bed, furniture, cookware, dishes ALL INCLUDED. It's a complete home on wheels.
Two loft areas...one for a bed and the other for storage. In our case, the couch folds down in to a bed which was better for my father.
