This 8.5x20' Tiny Home began 30 months ago as a new finished shell with a ladder to the loft, and was converted to feature a custom-designed staircase with retractable bottom steps, numerous storage capabilities, full closet, fold-down desk top, bookshelves and more! The loft adds another 70 square feet to the main floor for a total of about 230 square feet of living space.

It served as a home in Vermont for almost 18 months before being relocated to Massachusetts, and is now in storage and not being used. With a standard tow hitch, this Tiny Home could be moved anywhere, connected to power and water, and is ready to go!
