It’s 399 sq ft with a huge loft. There is a bedroom downstairs. It’s got a glass door shower and a regular flush toilet.

The kitchen, bathroom, and built in dresser all have gorgeous granite tops. There are full size appliances in the kitchen. The kitchen also has a fantastic deep sink. There is a lot of kitchen storage! The living room has an entertainment center built in with closed storage at the bottom and lighted glass doors at the top. The ceilings are stained wood throughout the entire house! All of the windows are Pella and there are screens on all of the ones that open. There’s a stackable washer/dryer included. The loft is big enough to hold a king bed or 3 twins. The downstairs bedroom can hold a full/queen. There is a stained wood accent wall in the bedroom and matching nightstands. The loft is accessible by a ladder. The house has ducted central heat/air and it is very efficient. There is blown insulation throughout. The home is all electric and currently has a 50amp plug. It can easily be wired into a meter. The front porch had room for seating and the Juliet balcony, accessed from the loft,, could hold smaller seating.
