Custom Tiny House on Wheels

Brand new custom-built tiny house on 20' trailer. A handmade cedar ladder leads to a spacious 70 sq. ft. sleeping loft. On the opposite end of the trailer, a 20 sq. ft. storage loft sits above a corner porch with cedar post and decking. An adjacent window seat provides ample storage and is surrounded by three large casement windows. A storage box over the trailer tongue houses the electrical panel with 50 amp extension cord, as well as the grey and black tank dump valves and all necessary hoses and fittings. A 12v battery (charged with a portable 10w solar panel), powers the water pump and tank monitoring system. The exterior features stained pine siding with cedar trim. The house is topped off with a burnished slate metal roof and a centrally located skylight. The house can easily adapt to an off-grid solar kit.

The interior is inviting with bright knotty pine paneling and Kingston peak hickory laminate throughout. The kitchen features apartment-size appliances, electric 2-burner cooktop, and bar-style sink with bronze faucet. Under the sink sits a 40 gallon fresh water tank, as well as an identical grey water tank. A whole house filter makes for cleaner drinking water. The bathroom boasts a 32" stall shower with a 6 gallon electric water heater. A sanishower pump easily drains the sink and shower into the grey tank. An rv-style toilet with foot pedal sits above a 26 gallon black water tank. A glass vessel sink with matching brushed nickel faucet brings a modern feel to the bathroom. The sleeping loft feels spacious with four hopper windows and an included queen size mattress. All lighting in the house is LED, with the exception of two hanging Edison lights in the main living space.
