Custom Tiny House built by Craftsman, Electric Actuated Loft

This tiny house is one of a kind, there is so much custom woodworking and thought put into the build that it truly is a delight to walk into. This house was built to be comfortable. the builder is 6'4" and built it so he does not feel cramped inside. when the loft is in its highest position there is over 8' to the ceiling. When the loft is in its lowest position you only need to climb up a few stairs to get into bed. The loft can handle up to 1600 lbs so it can be operated when the bed is occupied. The house is built on a 8'x24' trailer and will fit into a standard parking space. The house is wired for 120v and has a 50amp RV plug.
