Custom Tiny Cabin

This dreamy home is a fully insulated & wired (30 amp electric) custom cabin . It is 16 feet long , 12 feet wide and has a 4 foot covered porch. It can be easily transported via a trailer (see photos). . The cabin is built on 4 skids . I have a standing heater & portable a/c unit for the home. A mini split can be easily installed above the loft. It has an outdoor battery powered shower and can be outfitted with a composting toilet. The shingles are cedar and raw wood and have been cedar stained this fall to preserve the now cured wood. This cabin also features a metal roof and 8 pained windows along with its pained glass front door which lets in plenty of natural light. There are outlets placed all about the cabin for electricity but this cabin could also be used off grid.
