Master Bedroom downstairs with pocket door for privacy, 3 windows that open, ceiling fan, glass door to exterior, custom full size Murphy bed with 2 closets, 2 pull out night stands and 4 drawers, and wired for wall mounted speakers.

2 Pet Doors, One is being used for outside access and the second one is being used for access to small outside hutch housing a cat litter box. No litter box inside the tiny house 😊

2” x 4” wood framing structure. Insulated with closed cell spray foam insulation. Floor is ¾ “ plywood base and roof constructed with 2” x 4” timber.

34 ft x 8 ft 6” drop axle trailer frame complete with 3 x 7,000 lb axles 4 x 5,000 lb corner stabilizers

The Tiny Home requires a bumper hitch to tow that can handle at least 17,400 lb. tow.

This Tiny Home cannot stay on its current leased space. Once it is sold it must be removed from its location. There are many choices in the immediate vicinity that can accommodate it if you desire to be in the area.

This Tiny Home is for sale only. Rental and / or lease payments are not being offered on this unit. Financing is not offered from the owner. This website is offering financing and so does Lightstream and Liberty Bank of Utah.
