Custom Hand Crafted Timber Frame Tiny Home

Selling a beautiful handcrafted timber frame shell for a tiny home. The interior dimensions are 12’ long x 7’6” wide by 6’8” high. Exterior dimensions are 16’x8’6”. The structure is completely built from rot resistant western red cedar with the arched rafters fabricated from eastern white pine. The entire frame is pegged with hand finished white oak pegs. The floor is 3.5” tongue and groove cedar treated on the bottom with the traditional Japanese wood charring process of shou sugi ban. The board and batten is individually hand routed and connected to the frame with stainless steel nails. The Dutch door is fabricated from 1.5” solid cedar tongue and groove. On top of the arched rafters are 16’ cedar decking boards with 1/2” cork insulation and 45mil rubber stretched over. Copper or an alternate metal could be added if desired. Built on a 2023 chw deck over trailer gvwr 6k lbs, this is a one-of-a kind structure could be outfitted as you see fit for minimalistic living for either personal use or to rent out.
