Ready to use custom tiny home with a full bathroom and a lofted sleeping area and a full kitchen. Exterior walls made out of a special energy-efficient system that makes for a very tight seal and extremely strong structural integrity.

The loft is large enough for a bed? What size?
- Yes it is, it can fit a double bed

What kind of hook-ups does it have - I know it has a composting toilet but for water and electricity?
- The hookups have not been finalized in order to allow for us to customize this to whoever the end buyer is (i.e. simple tie ins vs fully off grid)

Is it rated for cold temperatures or is it more of a hot climate model?
- The building material is extremely efficient and can hold up and regulate internal temperature very well at any climate.

Is the hitch standard and what's the tow load?
- Yes, its a standard hitch and its around 7k lbs. We pull it with our Toyota Tundra

DETAILS: while the whole interior is finished, we still have not tied together the utilities and hook ups because it is dependent on how the end buyer is planning on using it. As such, there will be an additional ~10k (standard) to 40k (fully off-grid) of extra costs depending on how you want it used.

Alternatively, you can also purchase it completely 'as is' if desired and perform your own DIY to it as you make it fit to your needs.
