This custom-built house is ideal for those looking for tiny house living with all the amenities. Built with quality in mind, this 8'10" x 20ft house on a new trailer features insulated 2x6 walls, three single-hung windows, laminate flooring, and a shingled roof. The bedroom has space for a queen bed and comes with overhead light, dual reading lamps, and a room divider.

The kitchen includes custom butcher block counter tops, a sink with removable cutting board for added countertop space, a mini fridge, shelves with outlets for under-shelf lighting if desired, and a kitchen stove with four burners and an oven. The bathroom has a 32” square shower, an overhead light and fan, and an RV-style toilet. Also included are two storage lofts and a mini-tank water heater. Electric inlet, water supply, plumbing drain, and propane tank are all easily accessible on the outside of the house. Leveling jacks and a set of stairs with railing are included with the tiny house.
