-couch for 3 with large storage underneath and on side
-lots of windows for light and airflow!
-galley kitchen : full size retro Smeg fridge/freezer; 22in long farmhouse sink; lots of open shelving; 2x cupboards; 4x propane burner stove with an oven
-full bathroom : tons of bathroom storage; top of the line composting toilet; tile shower
-water heater that also heats floors; VERY well insulated house (made to endure Canadian winters)

*additions/upgrades we added:
-custom steps into the tiny house that also provide extra shoe storage
-wine holders under shelving (see photo)
-hanging fruit basket (see photo)
-4x hat hooks on hallway wall into loft...each hook can hold 2+ hats (see photo)
-mini projector that connects with firestick over bed, with custom black out blind that creates a fun movie experience!
-privacy wall + extra shelving in loft space (my husband built this custom to match the white + wood within the tiny house. It has provided us a little more privacy + coziness in the loft area, and also creates a long shelf area for books, candles, photos, etc. and extra space for clothes + clothes bins if needed....see photo!)

We have loved living in this tiny house every moment for the year we have been in it, but we want to grow our family, so it's time for us to move on to something a little bigger. It has been cozy and spacious enough for the both of us (plus our 15 year old kitty), and has treated us well.
