About the Home
The house in the attached pictures represents the incredible design I’ll bring to life for you. I've partnered with Naomi Ofosu, a visionary international designer of container and tiny homes. Together, we’ve developed a sleek, modern design that maximizes comfort and style while maintaining the durability and eco-conscious appeal of a container build.

The full price for this home is $55,000. However, for this first build, I’m offering a 10% discount—bringing the total price to $49,500.

Payment Schedule:

$15,000 down payment (materials and start of build)
$34,500 upon delivery

I have experience navigating these processes and can provide consulting, guidance, and support to help you make your new home legal and compliant with local codes. Whether you’re dealing with zoning restrictions, utility hookups, or other legal requirements, I’ll work with you to simplify the process and find the best solutions for your situation.

Onsite Installation Consultation
Your purchase price includes a personal onsite visit from me anywhere in the contiguous United States. During this visit, I’ll provide consulting for installation, service, and/or warranty support. Whether it’s helping with site prep or answering questions about your new home, I’ll ensure you’re set up for success.

The house will be completed in 90 days or less.
