Custom 16 foot tiny house

Custom built in 2018. I built this house for my son and I , and we are now outgrowing it. It’s hard for us to say goodbye to our little house, but it is time for it to go to a new home . We lived in the house for 4 years in all seasons including winter above 8,000 feet and we were very comfortable all through our time living in it.

The house is 16 feet long, with a 20” deep utility shed on the back. 13.5 feet tall and 8 feet wide. It has two brand new 6000 lbs axles.

The house has a Woodburning stove , made by the Colorado cylinder stove company . Works very well hearing the small house .
Also has a Suburban brand RV propane furnace that works very well too.

The house has a composting toliet , a full size shower and kitchen sink . I installed an Eco Temp tankless propane on demand hot water heater that is very efficient with water use and works amazingly. The house has the Goal zero yeti 1250 solar inverter with 2 100 watt panels and a 50 watt panel. It has two 175 amp hour deep cycle RV batteries and the house is completely off grid powered by sunshine .
The solar system can power a laptop, phones , the 12 volt water pump , the water heater , the furnace and even power tools with no problem .

The house has lots of storage and two sleeping lofts , both very cozy spaces . It has an “L “ type couch that’s great for guest sleeping or dining .

The exterior is a beautiful fire resistant treated cedar and has a birch and cedar interior woods as well and an oak floor . The house has been used and has normal wear of a lived in house but no major damage at all .
