This Tiny House On Wheels is a 21x8sqft home. It has a 70sqft loft. It was built on a camper trailer. I am selling this house furnished with the queen bed, refrigerator, mini split unit, couch-makes a twin bed, toilet, water heater, two dressers, and tv.

It has a mini split unit for heating and air. I lived in this tiny house for two and a half years. It is perfect for one person, two if you can live small. The bathroom has a natures head composting toilet and standing shower. The kitchen does not have a stove. I was able to use a plug in cooktop and a countertop ninja oven to cook and bake. There is also a microwave.
The house stands at 13.5 ft high at the highest point in the back. It can be pulled on the road without permits.
