Cozy tiny home on wheels, 24 ft x 8 ft x 13 ft, 2 lofts, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with sink and shower. There is no toilet but it has a provision for black water/sewage draining. There is a water heater that provides hot water to the kitchen and bathroom sinks, the shower and washing machine. It has fridge and laundry washing machine connected to electricity. Also is equipped with AC unit that provides both warm and cold air conditioning. I installed a wood/pellets stove for harsh winter conditions. It is wired with cable for aerial antenna and satellite dish. The tiny home is certified as RV and registered in Texas as travel trailer. Comes with towing hitch, electrical wiring for signaling lights and electric brakes.
