Cozy home on wheels ready for new owners.

We are selling our tiny house that we have lived in for four years. We are the original owners and have a California title(Pink Slip) in hand. The home has current CA registration and license plate. Home is 9ft x22ft outside dimensions with a loft that is approximately 87 inches by 106 inches. The trailer is 2016 Zieman brand and was bought new when the house was built in 2016. The electric is a 50 amp trailer plug. Also included is an adapter that will plug into a 220 generator. The water is hooked up to a standard garden hose. The waste water needs to be hooked up to a septic tank or sewer. There are no holding tanks. All lights in the house are LED. We used a hot plate and convection microwave oven to cook. An electric oven stove could be put in by new owners and the 220 plug could be hooked back up. The water heater is a 20 gallon Rheem that provides plenty of hot water for a nice hot shower. We love our little home but we are starting a new adventure and hope someone will get to enjoy this home like we have. The house is ready to move. Feel free contact me with any questions.
