Cozy, light-filled, modern and practically new tiny home on a steel trailer, ready to go as a backyard guest suite, bonus office, or flex space. Custom built in 2023. Approx. 8.5' x 25' with a lofted and slanted ceiling. No pet or smoking history inside.

Two points of entry, with glass double doors on one end and a single glass door on the side. Two large openable windows (currently with stained glass decals that can be removed), plus additional stationary high windows for extra light. Ceiling fan and two exhaust fans. Laminate wood flooring. All electric with water heater and full-size refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktop, sink, and plentiful kitchen cabinets. Bathroom has a flush toilet (must be connected to sewer or septic), walk-in corner shower with glass door, vanity with sink and mirror; separated from living space by a barn-style door. Single cabinet bed/mattress, desk, and chair included in sale. Unfinished loft space above kitchen could be modified into sleeping platform. Extra space above bathroom could also become a loft space. Also includes skirt and four leveling jacks.

Must be connected to a min. 60 amp dedicated circuit power source and septic/sewer system. Currently using an RV-type hose for water that works well. Deck and stairs pictured are not included. Please contact with any questions. Thanks!
