I am selling my 8×20 tiny home on wheels with additional 5 ft fold down deck off the back. Great tiny home for the winter months, was built by a professional contractor in Northern MN, and lived in by me for two years in the “polar vortex” Wisconsin winter!!! Up stairs is about 4 ft high and has room for a bed on one side with additional space in the front by the large window for a sleeper sofa or just relaxing in a bean bag chair. Also comes with a camper oven/stove combo, just needs to be installed. Sits on a heavy-duty car hauling trailer (more than enough capacity for this size home), can be pulled with a 3/4 ton pickup. We have moved it four times and it’s been a breeze. I have loved living in this cozy tiny home, but we are expanding our family and decided to buy a conventional house.
