Cozy 22’ Tiny House on wheels

Designed and built in 2013 by professional contractor and owner of Hammerstone Contracting and Hammerstone School (Trumansburg, NY) with the help of the previous owner. Built on 1987 Shasta trailer, in excellent condition. Wiring done by licensed electrician. Built-in maple stairs with storage were added in 2017, as well as maple pantry, air exchange system, and plumbing to the sink and shower. On-demand hot water heater for shower and sink. House is well-built, bright, and stays warm through upstate NY winters. Propane heater is great for truly cold days but usually a space heater keeps the space plenty toasty. Main sleeping loft currently has a full sized Tuft and Needle brand memory foam mattress but could fit a queen. Second loft can fit a twin mattress. Kitchen has lots of counter space with stainless counters, large stainless sink, vintage oven and gas range, microwave, and mini fridge/freezer combo. Everything you need, in 160 sq feet!
