I have for sale my custom built container house. Built with a country flavor, it can be adapted to multiple settings. Would look great poolside or waterside as a guest quarters or retreat. Highlights a full functioning fold down deck, powered by a 1500lb winch. Full custom bathroom with a stand up shower with rain faucet.

Water and electrical connections can be done multiple ways. It is prewired for an optional mini split AC and instantaneous hot water heater (under sink). Code compliant as an accessory building here in Florida (please check your local municipality for specific requirements) or can be placed on owners trailer and meet RV standards.

Non refundable deposit of $1000 includes single color exterior paint of buyers choice and cost to load unit on owner provided trailer. The rest due upon time of pick up. Shipping is available but will be at additional cost (determined by destination)
