Just completed and never used. This former horse trailer has been beautifully repurposed into a cozy and cute little costal cottage camper ideal for weekend getaways, arbnb rental and maybe even tiny home for the right person. Light and airy with awning style windows. It has a almost king size 4" memory foam platform bed with lots of storage and portable toilet underneath. Little breakfast bar and bar stools, large cabinet with microwave, coffee maker and one burner hot plate that stows away when not being used. Kitchen sink and large mini fridge. Seating area with comphy chairs and 6000 btu AC. Also comes with ceramic heater that keeps it plenty warm. Insulated, like new tires, hooks up to regular 110 electric. Clear title. Weighs approximately 3200 lbs.. everything shown is included and all appliances are brand new and never used.
