Converted Stationary School Bus

Hey all.
I bought this bus from a friend who parked it my home and left it when she moved on. I am no longer living at the farm and am ready to part with this gem so she can be used to her full potential. This bus drove to the farm in 2010 I believe and was never driven again except for a few moves around the farm. It is currently not running and I have no idea why which is the reason that it is being sold as stationary. It may be a tiny fix or something giant and living in another state I don't have the time or energy to investigate.
The inside has been gutted and refinished with wood on the walls and floors. There is a loft with a frame for a queen size bed. The bus is insulated with blown denim and there is a working wood stove with a new stove pipe install. There is a dry sink but no plumbing and the bus is wired with outlets and ready for hook-up.
