Owner is a general contractor and built house for use with his wife and dogs. Built on a 26 foot long trailer with 3 axles. A friend is a master plasterer and stuccoed the outside. Has a metal roof. Comes with 2 sheds, washer and dryer, and an on demand propane water heater. House needs new location and owners are waiting move to Burbank.
