There is 1 pipe goes in the container on the short side where the bathroom is.
You can connect water there and whole unit will have water. In kitchen, shower, bathroom sink and toilet.
Draining for the toilet under the container and you can use it as a regular house draining or you can do french draining.
Draining for the kitchen, shower and bathroom sink goes out together connecting with 1 pipe at the exit under the container.
We made it under the container so it looks better from outside. Clean look.
You can use tankless water heater for Kitchen and shower.
We have plugs ready for them under the kitchen cabinet and in the shower also.
