Selling this ADU/mother-in-law suite/tiny house. I'm a licensed contractor and built this unit for my grandmother to stay with us during the peak of the pandemic. Unfortunately she needs assisted living now. Everything is brand new and unused. I built this from a 45' HC shipping container 360sqft. (45'x8'x9.5'). It can be loaded up and shipped anywhere, would make a great Airbnb. Fully insulated with closed cell foam. Full kitchen with mini oven, microwave, full fridge, and pull out electric range. I built a custom designed murphy bed with built in cabinets for wardrobe and storage. The bed folds up to be used as a desk, and folds down to reveille queen bed. Built with waterproof flooring. Mini split AC/heat keeps things cool. Propane instant water heater. All electrical was wired for efficiency in mind and all lighting is LED including LED strip lighting under cabinets and bar. It also has an electric projector screen the retracts with push of a button. Eco-friendly washer and dryer. Unique countertop design where the hexagon tile has been inset into the butcher block then coated in a food safe epoxy. Could even run off solar if someone wanted.
