40’ High cube container – finished, furnished, and ready to move! Construction was complete in May 2022, and has had light use since then. It’s a perfect space for a couple, or would make an impressive guesthouse or Airbnb. The space features a full kitchen, abundant natural light, and plenty of storage space. The bed lifts up (with gas struts to assist) for storage of larger, miscellaneous items. All furniture (couch, wardrobe, bar stools) is included in the price. Selling because our deed restrictions do not allow container homes – otherwise we love it!
