Built on an old Rv platform sandblasted reinforced and coated frame. Tiny house still has water, grey, and black tanks. Duel wheels on each side. Has a giant 10ft long x 7.5 wide loft. 14 windows to maximize light and make the space feel open an refreshing. Full size tub shower combo with sink. Kitchen has plenty of storage and butcher block countertops. 10 inch deep sink with premium faucet. Prepped to be fully plumbed in the following weeks with PEX. A propane hot water system can be added at anytime. It Is plumbed for a toilet using the black water tank or of course a composting option can be added. New waterproof hardwood/plank style flooring throughout down stairs and up. All electrical has been hooked up to a circuit breaker and a convenient 30 amp Rv style hook up installed on the outside. (The outlets and switches haven’t been added as of yet.) We have a brand new mini split heating and cooling system. There’s spray foam insualtion in the walls ceiling and floors.
