When you walk up to this quaint 24' x 8.6' tiny house on wheels it is easy to picture yourself calling it home. With warm stained, lap board siding and periwinkle blue trim, this off-grid home is turnkey ready and features incredible storage and comfort.

Built on a tandem axle, 24' long (12,00 GVWR) PJ Trailer (titled and registered), the shell was built professionally in Wisconsin and then finished by the owner. With ample natural light provided by 8 windows including 1 each in the lofts, the attention to detail is superb. The tiny house has welded on stabilizer jacks, a standing seam metal roof, an exterior utility "closet", and is towable by a 1/2 ton pickup truck.

Inside the home you'll find multiple storage options including cubbies and a closet rod under the stair treads, cabinet space under the two kitchen countertops, a wardrobe closet in the bathroom, a second closet (complete with a washing machine!) in the bathroom, built in shelving in the interior wall(s) separating the living space from the bathroom, open shelving units throughout, and even kitchen cabinet toe kicks turned into drawers!

The kitchen itself features a 4-burner MagicChef stove and oven combo, a farm-style full sink, and a side-by-side fridge/freezer. During the winter the home is heated by a Dickinson propane heater that vents out the side of the house.

The bathroom is spacious and is equipped with a Nature's Head composting toilet, a 24" sink with single door cabinet, and even a tub/shower combo. Hot water is provided by an Eccotemp on-demand hot water heater.

There are two lofts in the home; one for storage and one for sleeping. The sleeping loft is 9' long and can accomodate any size bed. It also has a galvanized pipe safety bar so you won't roll out at night! The galvanized pipe theme is throughout the house and is found on all shelving. In addition the home also has vinyl laminate flooring and matching stained wood accents, including the exposed beams and the ridgeboard. It really is warm and cozy.
