26' long exterior dimensions by 8'6" total width that includes roof overhang and total height of 13'5" tall which includes the trailer of 2' from the ground. The roof is 13' of an A frame roof style, with 13' of a dormer roof in the loft.

10' loft with dormers (dormer roof 13') located above bathroom/kitchen, ceiling height under the loft is 6'6" and loft height is roughly 4'.
Standard loft lighting are 4 wall sconces with 3-way switch for control at bottom and top of stairs.
Flooring in loft is pine tongue and groove, clear coated.
Custom built loft storage wall with open adjustable shelving. Top is pine clear coated 6' cascading stairs to the loft are Pine custom built without storage- clear coated.
