Built in 2015 on a triple axle TrailerMade trailer by Rebuild Right, the 330 sq.ft. tiny house weighs about 16,000 and can be towed with a 1-ton pickup truck. Her exterior is visually unique combining shiplap paneling, corrugated metal siding, and cedar accents including a midsection just at the sliding, double door entry.

Once inside this home shines with a light and airy mix of Beetle Kill Pine paneling, vinyl laminate flooring, wood paneled ceiling and walls, and even ceramic tile.

The main living area emphasizes cozy relaxation with an inset television nook and a Dimplex Wickson 34" Electric Fireplace. The bathroom located underneath the junior loft is equipped with a full size walk-in shower stall with glass tile walls, a standard plumbing flush commode, and a large sink with vanity and cabinet/drawer storage. Hot water is provided by one of two 5-gallon electric hot water heaters. The other is under the kitchen sink.

All plumbing is PEX and has stood well in Colorado winters. Insulation is spray foam and outdoor skirting is included to assist in keeping undercarriage piping warm.
