Colorado Tiny House

Brand new tiny house sized 8'3" by 17'3" by 12'6" tall built on a 16' trailer. I chose only high quality materials, appliances and construction methods rather than those used in the R/V industry like some tiny house builders.

The living area has a carpeted living room/dining room area with a built in reading nook with a storage loft above and ceiling fan.

The galley kitchen has tiled floor, a custom built floor to ceiling cabinet for clothes, kitchen cabinets with 2 sets of drawers and a base cabinet with a door, apartment size fridge, stainless steel sink with a drainboard, butcher block counter tops, a window over the sink and the stove, and a 4 burner gas range with oven.

The bathroom has a 1 piece 30" fiberglass shower, a Sun-Mar self composting toilet and an ultra quiet exhaust fan.

The sleeping loft is more than 7' by 7', 40" high, carpeted, and has a two window dormer with a reading light.

Heating comes from a high efficient Rinnai gas fired wall heater and the electrical service has two 15 Amp circuits. Hot water comes from an on demand Rinnai gas water heater.

The exterior has closed cell foam insulation rated at R-25 in the walls and ceilings, Low E metal clad wood windows, Douglas fir tongue and groove exterior siding with Western Red Cedar trim. The roof is custom made standing seam metal with a 40 year warranty.
