Colorado Tiny Home (THOW-TinyHouseOnWheels)

I am selling this dual loft tiny house. It's built on a 30ft trailer with 28ft of living space, 8ft wide, built 2017, within DOT regulations. It features a full bath with a tub & shower, a kitchen with a two ring glass cook top, full size stainless steel fridge freezer (brand new Whirlpool with warranty), a barn sink, space & hook-ups to install a washer/dryer combo unit, and lots of storage.
There's a staircase to the master loft and a ladder to the smaller loft. There's also an outdoor shower. This tiny house can be hooked up like a camper or you can use the water tanks, has a brand new Natures' Gate composting toilet included ($960) & new ceramic toilet. It has 260 gallon water tanks, a 20 gallon hot water heater, a Carrier heat/AC unit and a wood burning stove ( wood included for stove). It has a metal roof. It fits a queen size mattress in the master loft and a twin/double in the 2nd loft. Included are two loft railing systems (metal & wood), uninstalled.
All outside hook-ups for electric, sewage, water included & a new thermostatically controlled water hose. Base insulated skirting boards also included. It is currently winterized. It is roomy and comfortable for a tiny house. The trailer is titled in Colorado. It was built in 2017 by a licenced & insured building company, has been inspected & has had one previous owner.
