Colorado Tiny Home

I am selling a tiny house. It's built on a 30ft trailer with 28ft of living space...it is also 8ft wide. It features a full bath with a tub/shower and a kitchen w/ a cook top, full size fridge, a barn sink, a clothes washer/dryer combo unit and good storage.

There's a staircase to the master loft and a ladder to the smaller loft. There's also an outdoor shower. This tiny house can be hooked up like a camper or you can use the water tanks and a generator and a composting toilet which is included and its easy to swap out for the toilet that is in the house now. It has 2 60 gallon water tanks, a 20 gallon hot water heater, a Carrier heat/AC unit and a wood burning stove. I have a queen size mattress in the master loft and a twin in the 2nd loft (altho a double will fit).

I can sell it furnished or not. It's quite roomy and comfortable for a tiny house. I've lived in it for about a year and it's been great, but life/career changes have forced this sale. The trailer is titled in CO, so there won't be any drama (like I went thru) getting it licensed...I have plates on it so you can tow it anywhere and get it titled in any state.
