The Kiowa

Welcome Home to the Kiowa! This is an 8' x 24' Tiny House built by a licensed general contractor in 2016. The Kiowa was built on spec for the Tiny House Jamboree and is in perfect condition. It's brand new, with an on-demand hot water heater, inputs for city water and sewer, dual switched propane tanks, a Pioneer mini split air conditioner/heater that's waaaay over sized for the space and a brand new washer/dryer combination unit!

In the kitchen, we've made room for a 3/4 fridge with icemaker, and it's equipped with a 5 burner Italian stove. The bathroom is under the master loft and it's shower is full sized at 36"x36"  it also has a real toilet and sink.

The master loft is 4' tall on the short side and 4'4" on the tall side, and is large enough for a king size bed and a 4' dresser. It also has individually switched outlets with their own USB ports. It is even wired for cable!

The "kid" loft is big enough for a dresser and a twin bed, plus there's plenty of room for bookshelves. It also has individually switched lighting with USB ports.

The main living area is wired for cable input, separate from the master loft. The closet space is a combination of deep drawers and shelves with 3 separate hanging spaces as well. It's 82 cubic feet of well-designed storage.

The chassis is a Taylor Made trailer, built in Denver specifically for tiny house construction. There is R-30 insulation under the wood floor, R-13 in the walls, and R-36 in the ceiling.
