Rose Tree Tiny House

This tiny is 8.x26x13.4 and started as a Tumbleweed Tiny House Barn Raiser.  It was build by J Garland Woodworking with custom woodworking throughout with beetle kill pine (walls and floor), walnut slab (table/workspace) as well as on stairs and African Mahogany on the door and countertop.  Custom built entry door with tree design ( screen door as been added since picture).  All systems were installed by Pikes Peak RV Center in Colorado Springs CO.   All appliances are full size, stackable washer dryer, on demand water heater, 38" shower, spray foam insulation in ceiling and walls to R23, Metal shed roof, 8.5 x 12 ft loft, electric is 110v and 12v battery, led lights, 15 gal fresh water tank and water pump under sink, storage throughout the home.  Lower level sleeping comes with a queen size sofa sleeper that has an upgraded memory foam mattress as well as a full size 12" memory foam pull out bed beneath platform.  Storage outside on rear of home.  Exterior is cedar with inset of beetle kill pine and decorative suns.  Currently located in Branford FL.  Call for appointment to see: 303-827-8501.  Asking price is $49,000.  Build completed in August of 2016.
