Colorado custom tiny home

One of a kind custom built tiny home! Created with Colorado resources and weather in mind, this home is full of practical yet aesthetically pleasing details. With a warm wood burning stove AND mini split you’ll be warm on the coldest winter nights and cool on the hot summer days. Insulated with spray foam this house is nice and tight making it super efficient.

Wanting to open everything up and get a cool night breeze? The whole kitchen wall opens up with a hydraulic actuated door that fits in seamlessly upon first look! Lumber was cut, milled, and handcrafted out of the front range and is utilized as accents throughout the home. Sliding double doors give access to a good sized clothing closet and across the hall opens up to a pantry/utility storage closet. The utility closet holds the tankless on demand water heater, gas access, and water blow out system for exterior hydrants.

All stairs have large built in drawers that give ample storage space for your things. Bathroom has a sliding door for privacy and yet another door for toilet area. Washer/dryer combo unit to be found next to shower in bathroom as well. Overall, we loved building and living in this space and want to see it go to a good home now that we’ve built our forever home.
