Cider Box Tiny House for Sale Great Price

I am letting this go at a great price! I've put over $30,000 into it but will let it go for $12,000! A great house and a great bargain, as I've put more than that into the trailer, door& windows, and roof alone! But I've got a new family and need to move this house, so I've priced it to move! It's got a few things to finish, but at this price you could finish it the way you'd like and still have a heck of a bargain!

All cedar siding finished on the outside. Most knotty pine up on the inside except for bathroom wall in case you want to add any plumbing, etc. All the knotty pine to finish is included. Kitchen is not finished so you can build cabinets as you wish. Insulation works great, and it stays cozy!

There is one thing that will need to be addressed is that the roof company who installed the metal roof put an extra vent on the roof that took it just over the legal height limit. There are options I've looked into to fix this: Re-doing that part of the roof, buying smaller wheels, or if only moving it once can get a special moving permit or hire someone with one to move it. That is part of the reason I dropped the price even more and am willing to work with you on this.
