Framed Tiny House

My wife and I started building this house and our plans have to change unfortunately. Overall height is 13ft, width is 8ft, and length is 20ft. What doesn't show in these picture is the double doors installed. There is no wiring what so ever. Not even trailer lights but I do have them. The trailer is registered and current. No fresh water tank. Only grey water tank you see in the trailer framing. That tank holds 50 gallons.

My father is a licenced general contractor and helped me overbuild this for continous road trips. Also I'm a welder/fabricator by trade with many years in construction. We bought the trailer from a well known person that builds them for hauling very heavy equipment. When we purchased it, I made it 8ft wide. We had built this to do alot of moving around with it so the overall build is way beyond par. The axles are 5000lbs load rating a piece. I'm not sure what I'm missing in this description so please ask if you have any questions. The house currently sits in Chico, Ca. if you want to view it you have to drive there.

I will not be transporting it here anytime soon. 15,000 obo. for some reason the pictures are loading sideways and upsidde down. If serious about the house i can send better and more pictures and info.
