The Chez View is our flagship model that comes well equipped and turn key so that you can put it into service immediately. Options to customize include adding a loft, a laundry center or extra storage.

The View 300 is the size of a standard hotel room yet feels light and airy with the almost 12 foot tall vaulted ceiling. Perfectly designed to frame a gorgeous view while maintaining privacy from other guests or neighbors.

We build from engineered plans and 2021 International Residential Code. Engineered for 20 PFS snow load and to withstand 130 MPH winds.
We can also mount our units to a trailer and build to ANSI A119.5 (RV park model)
