The Chez FLEX is just that, FLEXable!
A lot can be done with this model from wide open floor plan to multiple rooms.

This DIY version allows you to save a ton of money and finish the unit out yourself. OR if you like we can finish it out up to completely finished or anywhere in between.

The structure is engineered and super stout. Getting to this stage requires the most material and is super critical to setting up the rest of the build for success.

As shown this model has our exterior foam insulation option. This insulation eliminates thermal bridging of the studs and does and excellent job of keeping the units cold like a Yeti cooler in the South. If you're going for a code build or up North the stud bays are open for additional insulation.
